It's that time of the year where I need to gather all my ingredients together to bake some gingerbread with the boys. A friend of mine, Nicole Southworth, shared a layout of hers last year with her daughters baking gingerbread and it inspired me immediately to go out and grab all the gear I needed to do this with my own children. They loved it and so did I and the best part was that it was pretty simple to do. What more could you want? I'd love to hear if you follow any xmas traditions - such a great time of the year, isn't it!

HI Leanne. Love this page. I miss not seeing your work and our comments back and fourth on the old Simple Site.... I love your layout showing the four photos of the decorating around the home - will steal this idea! It's been nice to swing by - must do it more often! Nicole Southworth
Hi Leanne! I'm here now! ha!
Our tradition is Christmas Eve dinner. The smells of turkey roasting, plum puddings boiling and the sounds of Christmas carols blaring. I get the eye roll from everyone but I'm having a great time with my glass of wine in my kitchen! They may not realise it, but in 20 years time the smells and music will bring them back to me AND my kitchen AND Christmas time at home with their Mum. ...ok... where am I? WHO are you? =D
PS. Even your cookies are perfectly straight! ha! you rock!
I love these cute pictures and this chocolate color, Leanne !... Yes, Christmas time is the best time in the year !...
Beautiful layout!
